A yearlong month commitment to deepen your trust in your intuition, your mindfulness practices, and your creative awareness. We will come together two times a month as a practice community.
Mindfulness of breath, of our physical and emotional body, and of the world around us awakens us to our greatest imaginations and joy. Such practices invite creative breakthroughs.
This is for you if you want to explore your writing and artistic gifts through mindfulness and breath. This is for you if you want to explore your self through writing. Open up to the inner worlds of sensation, insight, and emotions. Connect with the outer world of movement, nature and the elements.
Tap into the birthright of your imagination.

Gain more faith in your gifts.
Find that inner wildness that matches up with that wildness in nature.
Receive particular strength and courage through a community.
Be given writing prompts and contemplations that bring forth new ideas and paths.
You will be given monthly writing prompts, mindfulness practices and contemplations.
Calendar
We will meet each month on the 2nd Thursday at 7:00 PM CST and the 3rd or 4th Wednesday at 7:00 AM CST. All times are CST. Thursday evenings are for an hour and a half, to give time to check in, build community, receive some teachings and prompts for the month. Wednesday morning practice will be an hour of mindful breathing along with other transformative breath practices. All will be recorded. It is important to show up for the evening practices consistently. If the morning one is too early, a recording will be available right after the session.

November 7th, 7:00 PM till 8:30 PM.
