The Inner Labyrinth of Realization

Following the Red Thread

The Inner Labyrinth of Realization
A Six-Month Guided Journey of Intention, Understanding, Practice, and Transformation

A mentoring cirlce where you engage your inner mentor and the inner mentor of other participants.

The Inner Labyrinth of Realization is a six-month guided journey for those who feel called to explore a living question, intention, or threshold in their lives—and to allow understanding and transformation to unfold organically.

This program is based on my book, The Clue of the Red Thread, which will serve as a required text and a shared touchstone for our work together. The Red Thread offers a way of listening inwardly, following what has meaning, and trusting the quiet intelignence that guides us toward wholeness and realization.

This is not a self-improvement program. It is not about fixing what is broken or forcing change. It is about creating the conditions that invite insight, integration, and lived transformation.

The Orientation of the Work
This journey is deeply informed by my own spiritual journey and learnings,  the work of
Parker J. Palmer and the practices of the Center for Courage and Renewal and Engaged Buddhism—particularly the understanding that transformation unfolds when we create safe, intentional spaces where the inner life is welcomed and honored.

We work with:
  • Intention as a threshold
  • Exploration through curiosity and openness
  • Understanding that arises from lived experience
  • Practice as a way of engaging insight in daily life
  • Transformation as a personal experience of meaning
  • Realization as something that becomes embodied, not merely understood
The inner labyrinth is not something we solve. It is something we walk.
