If we can learn how to live with difficulty in meaningful ways, our lives will move forward in a purposeful way. Since the only thing we have any control over is our own experience, the more we understand how to live creatively with whatever arises, the happier we will be. Worry and anger won’t change the outcome, and possessiveness doesn’t make anything permanent. Keep showing up at the page to write and you will develop certainty and confidence in your writing. (You will feel certainty in your ability to do the work and confidence in your improved writing.) The Causes of Suffering and its Remedy

  We began this session with a Chakra Breath Meditation. This is breathing into and out of each Chakra. Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, without any gap between the in breath and the out breath. As you breathe in, you breathe in any energy lost to issues related that particular Chakra (see below); as you breathe out you release all that no longer serves you.
